Athena (also Pallas Athena, Athene) is the Olympian goddess of wisdom, strategy, and craft in the Homeric tradition. In Odyssey Book I she appears in disguise as Mentes to counsel Telemachus, setting the charge that opens the living Sequence on odyssey.vayati.com and the free Living Reader on read.odyssey.vayati.com.
